Working with Maz from FeelFitLookFit has been amazing for both my physical and mental health!
I've been lacking the motivation to make my health a priority but after starting sessions with Maz it became a lot easier! He holds you accountable for practicing a proper calorie deficit and makes sure that you're always making progress with workouts. I also ask a lot of questions on the why's of training, and Maz is great at being responsive to those questions to ensure I know why I'm doing what I am.
I recently helped my family move, and what would normally be a daunting task felt surprisingly easy. My endurance held up for over four hours of climbing stairs, and lifting heavy objects was effortless thanks to how much stronger I've become.
As per the name, working with Maz has really helped me feel fitter, small things like not struggling as much when walking with friends or seeing pant sizes go from 44 to 40 are super motivating to keep going! Not to mention dropping from 320lbs to 260lbs. This in combination with Maz's amazing attitude, makes FeelFitLookFit the only thing I pay for monthly that I would never consider getting rid of.

Working with Maz has been a transformative experience for me. Before I started training with him, I was in poor health. I have a young family and a busy law practice, which unfortunately resulted in me neglecting my health. When I first started personal training at the gym my goal was to feel stronger, healthier, and more fit through exercise. Maz helped me accomplish those things from the very beginning. Within a week I noticed my posture getting much better, I had a habit of always looking down but through his training I immediately found it natural and easy to keep my shoulders back and my head up, it no longer took any thought or effort. Within two weeks my energy started to improve, I started to realize that exercise was giving me more energy and making my life easier, not harder. Three weeks in and I noticed how much stronger I had become, I started lifting weights I had never imagined lifting and doing exercises and movements I never thought possible for me, and I can see how much stronger that made me feel outside of the gym. My cardio has also improved tremendously and the aches and pains that I once had, have completely gone away. From there the positives have only piled up and I continue to feel better and better about my continued health. It’s a shame I see too many of my peers lose their health as they age but the exercise and training with Maz has only made me feel younger and healthier.
